Qeterochin (ቀጠሮችን) connects salons and clients across Ethiopia and beyond. This page explains how we handle your data and protect your account.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone number, language and region preference.
- Salon profile: business name, location, services, hours, photos.
- Bookings: the salon, service, staff and time you choose.
- Payments: handled by Stripe and Chapa; we never store full card details.
How we protect it
- All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
- Row-level security: salon owners only see their own bookings, staff and revenue.
- Public listings expose only marketing fields (name, area, services). Owner IDs and contact numbers are never sent to anonymous visitors.
- Email one-time codes are used for sign-in verification.
Your controls
- Update or delete your profile from your dashboard.
- Cancel bookings you made through your client area.
- Contact us to request a full export or deletion of your data.
