- Payment information: payment method and transaction details. Payments are processed by Stripe and Chapa; we do not store full card numbers.
- Consultation information: hair goals, color history, preferences, and photos that you choose to share with our AI color-consultation feature.
- Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and error logs that help us keep the platform reliable.
2. How we use your information
- Provide booking, scheduling, consultation, and customer-support services.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions for salon SaaS accounts.
